the schuylkill expressway is open, city avenue is open since last night, 95 is open, but still exit ramp is blocked off at callowhill. the ben franklin bridge completely open, no longer just a pedestrian bridge. all of the roads in new jersey leading up there that were blocked are now open so you have access. for the vine street expressway, that is open but the exit ramp from center city are actually closed. exit 6 up to the ben franklin bridge. so if you're on the vine street expressway you can take exit 6 to get to the bridge so far for the morning. as for this traffic box no real word when the box will completely be lifted. it's a gradual process as cleanup is under way. i spoke with matt delucia, he actually confirmed for me some barricades are removed but police are patrolling so we do not want to say any of the box on the outside is open yet. good news at 3:00, the city has provided taxi stands in the box to move people around. the parking restrictions remain in effect until the areas are cleared so look for signs. you don't want to get your car towed. >> let's check in with meteor

brad, really, this is a citywide evident. >> reporter: yeah. from old city here to the parkway there's a lot going on. this is certainly the calm before the storm. i think the locals really got the message because traffic here at a* lot of these roads are still open but traffic is very light. i'll step out of the way. you can look down the parkway. you can see it's quiet. there are about 17,000 or so folks here for the world meeting of families. i think it's safe to say most of the folks we're seeing here are local or not local folks. let's show you some video here. a lot of last minute construction on-going. work is underway as we mentioned on the ben franklin parkway preparing for the closure much that's going to happen at 10:00 o'clock tomorrow night we did see crews moving in the fences there. the pope is going to also be speaking at independence hall that's saturday late afternoon. it's a ticketed event. chairs, fences, metal detectors all now up. the work is continuing as we mentionementioned here on the bn franklin parkway. all the cars have to be out
