. >>> i'm one on one with my favorite county executive isiah leggett and we're going to talk about the ambulance fees. they're back on the table, even though some montgomery county residents thought that the issue was dead. so let's find out why they're back on the table, county executive. thank you for being with me. >> thank you for having me. certain circumstances have changed, jc. when we looked at it two years ago, we were not faced with the kinds of challenges we are faced with today coming out of annapolis. we have a shift over a ten-year period to local communities based on the teacher pension. we now see a change in the law that impacts montgomery county. these are unprecedented changes and there have a profound impact on montgomery county for a considerable period of time. the question i'm asking the people of montgomery county, are you prepared to affirm the decision that you made two years ago to raise the ambulance fees or do you want to raise taxes or do you make further cuts in the program, such as public safety in schools. that's a fair choice and a fair question to ask
