i'm j.j. hamburg. welcome to "your business" where we give you tips and advice on how to make your business grow. as the health care debates continues in washington, we take a closer look at what health care reform could mean to small business. representative sam graves is the ranking member of the house small business committee and he joins us today. hi there, congressman. thanks for joining us. >> thank you, j.j. >> you met with a group of small business owners earlier this week. what were they saying and looking for out of reform? >> they were very frustrateded. they want their health care costing to be affordable. they're very concerned about the taxes and mandates that are throughout in the bill that's being proposed, and they're worried about going out of business as a result of these things that are going to be required. >> from your perspective, what does reform look like that helps small businesses? >> it's completely different than what's being proposed. what i would like to do, it allows sma

i'm j.j. ramberg. welcome to "your business" where we give you tips and advice to help your business grow. the health care reform movement in washington. president obama emphasized the cost of health care coverage on small business. >> if you strike out on your own and start a small business, you'll be able to get coverage. we'll do it by creating a new insurance exchange, a marketplace where individuals and small businesses can shop for health insurance at competitive prices. for those who still can't afford the lower prices, we'll provide tax credits, the size that will be based on your need. like wise, businesses will be required to offer the workers health care or chip in to help cover the cost of their workers. there will be a hardship waiver for those who can't afford coverage. 95% of all small businesses, because of their size and profit margin would be exempt from these requirements. >> mary landrieu joins us. thank you for joining us senator. >> thank you, j.j. >> what is the most important th

j, who do you like j.j.'s trade? >> i do, and j.j. and i are long-time frechbds, smart guy, j.j.hat's why he's not saying to sell the puts, naked as well. a lot of people are coming on and say sell the puts be out of the money puts. that's one of the dumbest trades you could make. especially if you have a big gap to the down side. so i would be a seller of the upside call spread, which i believe i will be doing. or a seller of the put spread, so you define your risk rather than having open-ended risk. >> let's move on to the next trade. talk about oil, lower today by about 3%, what is the next benchmark for this commodity on the fast line? is addison armstrong, always pleasure to speak with you. how far are you looking we go? >> caller: it's funny. i was listening to your other guests talk about a key reversal. we got one yesterday in crude as well. and we traded down today. down to the 20-day or actually to the bottom of the bolinger bend. so we're hanging in there. 66 looks to be our short-term resistance, but if we get through 66, i think we go to 66.25 quickly. the inventory

j.j., at this point, we're getting deeper into september, the month that everybody fears. what do you do here? >> we're not putting more money in stocks. the play we've been seeing the last three months has been a tad more into high yield. purchasing more of your insurance for tips although we think that inflation is a ways away. and then the third leg in there is going to be investment grade corpus. if you take a quick look at the history of lqd, you can start making some plays and seeing where things are going. high yield is starting to peter out where as investment grade is way out performed by nearly 500 basis points. >> theodore what do you think of what j.j. is saying and what is that telling us about inflation? >> you're seeing the u.s. dollar come under a lot of pressure. we've taken out major levels, so the dollar looks week suddenly against a lot of currencies, but you wonder why our interest rates are incredibly low, this explains why our dollar is in poor demand. >> let's get back to gold. gold around $1,000. people predict it's going higher. wouldn't that do t
