j.r. stone is following the story, joins us live from windsor. you just got off the phone with his attorney. >> reporter: i did, she said at this point, he has no plans, still, to resign. no plans to do that, and also tells me everything that happened was consensual. still, area lawmakers and area mayors are demanding his resignation. six women have come forward saying he sexually assaulted them over a period of 16 years. he owns the kristy will winery with his brother, these allegations involve multiple accusations of sexual assault, and even accusations of drugging women. he has already been removed from the payroll, and his brother is calling for him to step down as mayor. at least eight north bay mayors have demanded that he resign, we are told the chief of police will be speaking as well this evening, and talking about why no charges were previously filed. that meeting starts at 6:00 this evening, again, according to his lawyer, he will be there , and he will be speaking. we will be at that meeting as well, we will be closely monitoring it.

j.r. stone, abc 7 news. >>> it is about 5:08 on this tuesday morning. let's look at some temperatures. let's start with fran where it is 47 to 50 degrees. a little fog around petaluma and novato. 52 in union city. pittsburg 54, tracy 51, the rest of us in the mid to upper 40s. a lot of cloud cover out there as you can see by san jose at 87. that will keep our temperatures homogenized through 7:00 then the breeze will pick up and thin out those clouds quickly with 52 at 4:00 with our fastest winds. look at the winds at 4:00, 62 to 68 temperatures and back in the 50s by 7:00, so it will definite will i be cooler. well, you can barely see through the cloud cover. now you really can't see, so it gives you an idea of how rapidly our clouds are increasing. windy at the beaches and a small craft advisory if you are going to be out on the bay. keep that in mind. it will not be an easy day to be on or near water. air quality thanks to the strong on shore breeze is green. it doesn't get any better today, tomorrow and a thursday. we will see if that lasts with the
