our cameras caught jack evans repeatedly parking in no parking zones. >> russ ptacek was back tonight and you will never guess what he found. >> reporter: so where would the council member park on the first night after our story aired? we came here tonight to see. this is his car, and i want you to see the sign that he is parked in front of. he got here just before 5:00 this evening. you will see this sign restricts parking here until 6:00 p.m. so he parked here about an hour before that restriction is lifted. we also want to show you video that we haven't shown until today. during our operation but didn't include in the six times that we caught him in no parking zones in georgetown. this is video where he has parked in the traffic lanes on p street. he has his blinkers on. you will see a no parking sign on the right side of the street, and you will see a car actually has to go into the opposite lane to pass him. we didn't include in that our tally. in fact, half the time that we were here, we saw him in no parking zones. the other times he was parked legally. he says that when he doe
