we were fortunate enough to have jack hill from the san francisco 49ers address our teammates. he did a great job and i'm happy to say the city of santa clara, the stadium authority and the san francisco 49ers have decided to plant a tree in the west plaza to memorialize donald white and his efforts on the stadium. there will be a plaque so that has been a joint effort in just remarkable how our great city and football teams come together to make that happen. >> you've been listening live to a press conference going on at the new stadium for the 49ers that's been under construction now for a few months. as you know on tuesday a 63-year-old mechanic, donald white, was hit and killed. they are going to have announced funeral plans shortly and plant a tree and put up a plaque in his honor. cal osha is investigating. but work is starting to resume at the stadium. tara is at the news conference and she will join us live at 8:30 with another update on the stadium construction. >> time is now 8:17. new information from santa monia from last friday's shooting rampage. the weapon used i
