here is senior strategic analyst jack keane. always a pleasure. that would divers money away, i understand the priority in terms of funding the border wall. what are your thoughts? >> political gamesmanship frankly. coast guard has a mission and they need resources to do it. we shouldn't play games with their budget to camouflage what we are trying to do with a political issue like paying for the wall. if the pressure from the american people are on congress likely this wall will get paid for. let's make the case that vote it up or down, let's not play with the coast guard as a means to achieve a end that is not politically possible. maria: a month and a half ago we talked about the budget in terms of allocation for more money going into the military, you were pleased with that. have you been happy in terms of the allocation of that capital? >> absolutely. we had two major installments to recover from a decade of underfunding the united states military. we are and what i call the trump defense buildup similar to the reagan defense buildup and we n
