jack welsh was on with neil cavuto earlier today on your world.e a listen of what he had to say about this. >> the next person comes in has to go around handshaking every office, listening, make people feel like you're listening, if you have to give voice to any organization, you're going to get a lot of trouble. charles: vince, i'll start with you. who do you think gets the job and how long does this search linger? >> i don't -- i imagine the search can't continue on too much longer. this is not good for the party. and, by the way, the conservative members of the house don't want to see boehner finish out the rest of, you know, president obama's presidency being the speaker of the house. so at this point my guess is that paul ryan will be convinced to do this. that's my guess. charles: everyone saying paul ryan, though, guys, ryan says i've got a couple -- i've got young kids, i don't want to do it. what's plan b? plan a, plan b, plan x, in case of emergencies, break left. >> we've broke through several emergencies already, let's get a new one. w
