"they say ben mezrich clearly aspires to be the jackie collins valley." book suspect reported it is big juicy fun." we agree with and think any readers will concur. are they dissing you here? >> they definitely are not happy with the book. i don't mind being called the jackie collins of silicone valley. >> she is very rich. >> they're not thrilled with it. it is a true story, written in my style, which has the salacious element to it. >> what is the story behind the rise? it is not the nerdy kind of starting a -- starting computer company story that we would think. >> these were geeky, gawky kids at harvard who couldn't meet girls. what happened, mark zuckerberg late one night hacked into computers at harvard, created a hot or not, you could choose who the hottest girl at harvard was and vote. it crashed the servers on campus. he almost got kicked out of school. that led to the creation of facebook, one late night college prank and it grew and grew and grew. >> different kind of book than you normally write. who did you find that started you on the story?

he clearly aspires to be the jackie collins of silicon valley. best, the book is report as big juicy fun. we think any readers will concur. does that bother you? >> no, i love jackie collins. why can't it be both reportage and big juicy fun. i understand why facebook is terrified of the book. but the reality is i'm the biggest proponent of facebook, i think $6.5 billion is too small. i think this company is the future. they should love me, but they don't. >> the book has been auctioned by sony pictures. >> scott reudan are producing the movie, adapted it, and i believe david fincher is going to direct it, which is amazing.. >> do you have a facebook page? >> i do and a fan site for the book. >> they haven't shut it down yet? >> i don't think they will, they're all about freedom of information, right. so i have it, i love facebook, i've been on it, i'm a fan. i'm on it all the time. >> ben, it's fascinating, best of luck with that and of course, with the film. >> thanks so much. >> i appreciate it, thank you. >> it was fun. >>> not the first guy t

. >> reporter: the doctor's wife, jackie, was also charged with misdemeanor drug charges but was offered a diversionary program. pat, back to you. >> pat collins, thank you, pat. >>> almost two dozen students from the d.c. area quarantined in china this evening because of concerns about the swine flu. the students are from d.c. from schools across the d.c. area. and including walter johnson high and montgomery county. tonight they are being quarantined in beijing. julie carey is following the story and is in the newsroom. >> as many as eight of the students have also shown symptoms of h1n1 or swine flu including a montgomery county teen whose test results came back positive today. the local parents say they are comforted by the care and attention the teens are getting during the difficult time. many of the student group landed in beijing they were whisked into quarantine at a hotel. one of the male students in the hotel had a fever as they got off the plane and was stringent precautions in place in china that meant quarantine. and video taken of potomac 16-year-old natalie cheney that attends the national cathedral school and spoke to reporter
