jackie sissel has more on the story. >> good morning. see berkeley fire officials on scene, the 500 block of cremona. the fire broke out around 12:45 p.m.. the car is a complete loss. the brush area is completely charred. the unusual part about this story is, one block up the road on claremont, in the 400 blocks, less than one block away a second fire was started. it was a relatively small fire fighter that was able to be put out with a fire hose. investigators are saying the source of origin on this fire is right there where he is pointing, the rear bumper of this superi. they do not know what started it, but they believe that is where the fire started. >> in alameda, officials are reviewing the actions of police and firefighters after a memorial day drowning. a suicidal man waded into the bay and drowned while city rescuers stood by and watched. they did nothing. the fire chief said firefighters on the scene are not allowed into the water because they did not have the training because of budget cuts. >> a former san francisco high scho
