jackie ward joins us live now from san francisco general with the information investigators have to go on and how this happened. jackie. >> reporter: yeah. anne, we only have a few answers this morning. there are still some really big questions that remain which is why investigators are scouring through surveillance video trying to find any clues that can answer this question of how it may have happened. sheriff's department has identified the body as ruby lee anderson. her family reported her missing last week according to a flyer that was sent to various media outlets. the family shared the 76-year- old was suffering from dementia and went missing from san francisco general mental health. she was not a patient at zuckerberg hospital but a spokeswoman says there are other clinics on this same campus that are not directly run by the hospital. because of privacy laws, she can't elaborate on which clinic she went missing from and it is still unclear how she got inside the power plant, which is supposed to be a secure building. >> we're very concerned that this happened. we don't know how

jackie ward, kpix 5. >>> time now 5:15. let's check traffic. >> we have been tracking this accident and we do have a correction to make. earlier we were getting reports that this crash involving the car fire that had shut down all lanes on 160 at the antioch bridge is actually at the three mile slough bridge so this is north of the antioch bridge before highway 12 in the southbound direction. there's delays building in both directions and chp has shut down the southbound direction of 160. so anyone trying to get into antioch or further is going to have to use another way. 680 or take 12 all the way over to 5 and then connect with 4 and head all the way back but that's going to be a big delay. i would just stay on 12 and connect with 680 or 80. right now, we are tracking a pretty smooth ride westbound 4. over along 580, we have the usual delays as you can see building along 205 and 580 heading through the altamont pass. 31 minutes for drivers towards 680. and we are seeing the big crowds already developing along 880 just sou

jackie ward joins us live from the airport with some advice for passengers. jackie, where are all these people going? >> reporter: it has been very busy. we haven't spoken to anyone to went to the google tech conference or traveling for mother's day. these people are going to disneyland, pick up an old car in oregon one man said. but this was a different scene about a half-hour ago. we showed you last time, this is the baggage check area where you check in, you drop your bags off. it was packed! and the line just to get up to tsa was all the way back by baggage claim right now it's smooth sailing. they opened up tsa a little early. that helped because earlier this was a huge bottleneck area. once the line broke free it opened up and things have been smooth sailing. so this is the tsa area here at mineta. everything is going well. we haven't talked to people for mother's day traveling for mother's day or who are leaving the google conference. we have spoken to a lot of people though who just want to get here early so they can get on their way. >> my niece told

. >> kpix 5's jackie ward has more details on this latest southwest emergency. ckie. >> reporter: talk about an alarming thing to have happen on a flight and so soon after a mother of two died while on a southwest flight last month. this is what caused concern on a southwest plane earlier today, a visibly cracked window. flight 957 was scheduled to travel from chicago to new jersey but once the crack was reported by a passenger, the pilots had to make an impromptu decision for safety reasons and landed in cleveland. the plane never lost cabin pressure, and the pilots did not declare an emergency before landing. just two weeks ago a southwest plane had to make an emergency landing in philadelphia after an engine exploded, blowing out a window and killing a passenger. she was the first passenger death on the u.s. airline since 2009. today southwest says the rest of the plane with the cracked window did not have any other mechanical issues. it has been taken out of service. no one was injured because of this window. the faa is investigating what caused it to crack.
