i'm here in support of jackson park. be identified as a priority for the funds in the next park bond. as you mentioned, sir, the event this weekend that was very successful, and jackson park hosted a wonderful part of that. i've been a resident of the city since 1980. during that time i've played ball at jackson park in rec and park leagues. i've umpired many games and coached many games at jackson park. i've had the reward of being part of team camaraderie and sportsmanship there. i've seen children achieve triumph and learn from their strengths and find their gifts. i've cherished these experiences all along. i've also witnessed two very disturbing trends. one is because of social trends that promote highly competitive pay to play groups prevails, there is a drop in participation in youth separate and aparts. not every kid thrives in highly competitive environments and not every kid can play on these pay to play teams. why should these children miss out on the positive learnings of team play, camaraderie and sportsmansh

jackson for approximately 20 years. he was, along with j. chang and john park, the most successful proximitier into an asian-american clientele. the clientele here remains predominantly asian-american college students and young professionals. mr. chang has thrown large events and a lot of 18-and-over events at many different establishment establishments. mr. chang is here. no longer stuck in traffic. the -- they've moved into l.a. and mr. chang has been doing a lot of parties down in los angeles. i was lucky to be at the opening of arena k town, korea town, in los angeles in the spring of 2018. that particular venue took off like a rocket ship and is extremely successful and very non-problematic. jackson bought the shares -- or entered into an agreement to start promoting parties at the mission sports bar, and eventually we are now at the a.b.c. with a stock transfer application. but the biggest problem we've had with this particular venue is the first night they opened on a thursday night, 550 people were in line by about 9:00. they have a very large social me

i was repeatedly told is the liberal part of the state, teton county is home to jackson hole and grand teton national park as well as a large chunk of america's legend yeah yellowstone -- legendary yell yellowstone national park. from there i went to dubois and then around to lake of the woods, to the wind river indian reservation, pine dale and to jackson. in teton county i met with local elected officials from jackson from the teton county council and from the wyoming legislature. i learned that roughly two-thirds of wyoming's revenues come from mineral extraction, mostly coal, oil and natural gas. with all this money pouring into its coffers, wyoming has no state income tax, sales tax of 4%, and one of the lowest effective property tax rates in the nation. indeed, i was told that wyomingites get around $9 in services for every $1 they pay in taxes. sweet deal, and fossil fuel picks up the rest of the tab. there are problems with this political economic power. first, it exposes wyoming heavily to boom-bust cycles. three coal companies have gone bankrupt just this year. and it exposes wyoming to the deva
