jackie ward is live in santa rosa this morning. jackie, who has been impacted by this blackout? >> reporter: right now, about 1400 people across napa and sonoma counties don't have power as they are waking up this morning, pg and e made this call to intentionally turn the power off last night. this includes part of porter creek road, that is in unincorporated sonoma county. it includes safari west, the wildlife reserve request, the owners there were preparing the exotic animal park for this morning so shut off. susan gormand e needs to do a better job communicating their decisions for a public safety power shut off which pg and e is calling the new normal. she described the area, and unincorporated sonoma county that doesn't have power this morning. >> this was the area where the wildfires two years ago blasted over the mountain range and pretty much extinguished all of the homes up there alone porter creek road. >> reporter: in napa county, the shut off includes 700 customers in napa, calistoga, and lake berryessa. sources tell us the expected restoration time will be about 12

with us tonight, andrea desidarai, and jackie alameni. thank you both for being with us.w, let me start with you. these news we've been getting about the whistleblower report. members of congress say some very suggestive things about its content. it would seem to be a matter of time before all of us get to see it. is that correct? >> that's right, there is no timetable for the release of this document or documents, rather, it's probably a very long whistleblower complaint based on what i heard from lawmakers today. but the declassification process has essentially been completed. that's what congressman stewart was announcing. something important to remember here was that lawmakers on the intelligence committee only got to review the contents of the complaint today, they did not get to review the full inspector general's report which they expect to be delivered to capitol hill sometime tomorrow or on friday. that report will show corroborating documents, interviews with other people who might have knowledge of the allegations that the whistleblower has leveled against eith
