her son, jacob was two years old at the time he disappeared her daughter was three. hoggle had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia before the children disappeared and told police she left her toddlers with a friend but has never provided details on their whereabouts. hoggle has been undergoing treatment. up until now she was facing misdemeanor charges of child neglect abduction and hindering law enforcement but her doctors have repeatedly found her not competent to stand trial. montgomery county states attorney's office believe hoggle hurtd her two kids and have argued she's fanning mental illness to avoid trial. last month hoggle's attorney filed a motion to have those charges dismissed. she was scheduled to be in court for that today. however with the murder charges that moves this case closer to being tried in a courtroom. late last night fox5 spoke with her attorney and her mother. both said they were unaware of any new charges. we'll learn more later this afternoon once hoggle faces a judge again in circuit court. back up to you guys. >> thanks for that.
