same thing with jacqueline kennedy. the loss became very public. so warhol in a way is really sealing that moment in time and even when we look at them now they still have that very erie sense of mourning to them. >> we're in the next gallery here on the sixth floor of the museum. we're looking at an array of brilo boxes and campbell's soup box that warhol made in 1964. these are iconic works for warhol. it is one of the first adventures he took or ventures that he took in sculpture. and they are fascinating because they play with this idea of the ready-made. the idea that any object is already a sculpture in itself. and that this idea of the gallery giving it value. but warhol's pieces are more provocative because they are not true brilo boxes. they aren't the actual object taken and reimagined in the gallery space. they are handmade. he had them crafted bay carpenter. they are plywood boxes. then he hand stencilled and screen printed he over top of them. the campbell's one is really lovely because you can kind of see it almost in process on one s

good evening, i'm jacqueline london. >> and i'm jim rosenfield. nbc10's denise nakano is joining us live from police headquarters. denise, what did the victim's son tell you? >> well, jim and jacqueline, he tells me his mom has had a license to carry for 20 years and has never had to use her gun until this morning. that's when she came under attack during that robbery. >> she always has a gun on her. >> the son of the most recent armed victim spoke exclusively with nbc10 outside his family's home. his mother, a daycare owner, came under attack as she was walking into a save allot grocery store. >> you know where she came up from, which is west philly. >> reporter: she's the latest in a series of rob rberies where t victim turned the gun on the robber. in this instance, the bullet ricocheted and struck a star security guard in the shin. police later arrested the alleged robber, who they say had the victim's purse and cell phone. the 51-year-old victim had a permit to carry a firearm, as did the owner of a southwest philadelphia auto body shop when

thank you for having me. >> your client jacqueline craig called the police for help. she wanted to file a report of assault on her seven-year-old son. tell us what happened next and how did you get to that point? >> well, the police arrived to the scene after receiving a complaint from a mom that her son had been choked by a neighbor for littering. this is her seven-year-old son. and so the first person that the officer spoke with on the scene was the person accused of the assault, and the person accused of the assault admitted to doing it. he confirmed with the officer that he had grabbed the kid because he had littered in his yard. and so the officer turned to miss craig and said, why don't you teach your child not to litter? and as you can imagine, that incensed her. >> and then? >> okay. and so she told the officer, why are you so focused on whether or not my child litters and not the fact that this man is not allowed to choke my son in any circumstances? and in the video you hear the officer say, why not? and, of course, as any protective mother, her anger began
