my name is jacqueline flin. i'm in support of seeing both items 1 and 2 move forward today. i want to tell you about what we do. we do employment and training services around the city. we have hired over 40 youth. 10 are working at the puc. these are the families, the lives that we work with that we affect when we do some of the policy work that we are doing today. the reason why we are in support of seeing, we would like to see the increase in funding but also the agreement with brown and caldwell move forward to improve the technology and efficiency to minimize the overall impact on the community but also the entire city. we would like to see you honor the commitment that will provide a safe and efficient facility and just stress again the emergency in addressing the need to build healthy community. if you are smelling it, you are exposed to it and lastly, the job creation. we host tours there. many of the youth have seen this. i would like to bring this into the fold so they understand how this impacts them. thank you very much. >>al williams. i'm a part of the brown and
