jaime leary live where this happened along college avenue near shields where she is this morning, jaime. >>reporter: yeah, alan. this is band bridge. this is the driveway in front of this trailer where this incident happened. police cleared this scene, but they're investigating. they tried to subdue the suspect without the use of a hand gun, but he was armed and uncooperative. it was after 7:00 when a woman called claiming he was bothering her along with several other people. when officers arrived to her home, the suspect came back. the woman's home. he was brandishing a hand gun and advancing towards them and that's when officers tasered him. he continued to walk towards them, so they had to make the decision to shoot the man. no officers were injured. the victim is okay at this point in time as well. the man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. larimer sheriff's office taking problems for searchers in italy. 267 people were known dead after the earthquake. several hundreds more hurt. close to 1,000 after shocks like this one hit buildings unstable and coming d

it ended where jaime leary is live near the town of frederick. good morning, jaime. >>reporter: good morning, britt. this was quite the large scene you can see colorado state patrol and a semi truck that actually got stuck on -- stop sticks were deployed to end this high speed chase. it started in denver and landed north of colorado 52. a small checks -- a small section closed off. an uber iv shooting at him. he called police and he followed the suspect car all the way down i 225 just north of colorado 52. he said as he followed them, they reached speeds up to 130 miles-an-hour and flowing things out of the window to try and stop that uber driver from following them. he couldn't keep up. csp stepped in and deployed the stop sticks. custody at this point in time. the police actually just took off with the victims to continue that investigation. they haven't identified what kind of a gun it is at this point in time, but they're working to get that information. denver police is handling the investigation, even though this was a multi-agency effort. it started in denver
