. >>> we have an update on a rescue out of jamaica bay. two people who were pulled from the water there have passed away. they were among the group of fisherman who capsized in last night's storms. >> reporter: that boat capsized not too far away from where i'm i've been in touch with the nypd throughout the morning and found out the two people who died are brooklyn residents, 42 and 50 years old. they were out in the middle of this coastal storm. the waves in the way were bay were as high as 10 to 15 feet. their boat overturned and they plunged into the frigid choppy water. one of them was able to swim to shore and walk to the nypd. the others were rescued. this morning police are holding off on releasing the names of the two people who died in this accident because they're still trying to get in touch with their family. as for the three fishermen who survived, they are in stable condition this morning. reporting live in marine park, >>> it's 8:46 right now. a new jersey priest has been arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at a child. fa
