i'm darya and i'm james. before we get to all that, though, as you can see, we've got a live look outside. we're going to start off with the weather this morning. wish this these a fog and clouds meant it was going to be cooler but not so much yeah. still hot for sure. at least not as many triple digits but >> some of us will still be there. and a lot of us are still going to be in the 80's to the 90's today. so can't call it the end of the heat wave just yet. but looking ahead to the weekend, some good news there. you can definitely see that fog streaming into the golden gate right through san francisco this morning. sfu had a nice overnight cooldown hanging out the low 60's. well, take a look at some of our further inland spots. livermore. you're at 74 right now. fact annaville all the way up at 83 degrees. so temperatures in some spots didn't offer a whole lot of overnight relief. you would at least want to get down in the 60's for many of these areas. now, heat advisories continue through 11:00pm tonight
