. >> if you have any information about james mcintosh or michael reed, call police. >>> let's bring tarak. good news about fairfield. >> a little bit. that earlier sig-alert canceled all westbound lanes near air base parkway are now open. this is a look at newschopper2. look at the burn marks. they are all over the roadway from this trailer, this truck that exploded earlier this morning. you can see that they do have lanes blocked still so traffic still a little bit slow going through this area. there's also another accident in the area, a fender-bender nearby. still two eastbound lanes closed and apparently caltrans is gonna have to scrape some of the burn debris from the roadway. if we tilt up, you can see the backup, you know, it's just very, very heavily congested. so definitely give your some extra time if you need to get through the vacaville/fairfield area this morning. look at that on both sides. so definitely major delays. we have video from adrienne vargas and he shot this cell phone. this was the pickup truck with the trailer that exploded in flames and it skipped the concrete
