following in the south bay, the santa clara county sheriff's office has located this man, 63-year-old james norbergedy middle school in cupertino about 45 minutes ago. norberg disappeared from his home in cupertino yesterday prompting an all out search. there was a loft concern about him because he suffers from dementia and can't talk. officials say he was transported to a hospital and is in relatively good shape. >>> a restaurant in san fransisco destroyed by an early morning fire. ktvu's pam cook is in our newsroom with what happened shortly after this fire started. good morning pam. >> reporter: yeah, the fire is out, but not before it did severe damage to three buildings. it started at the shay spencer french restaurant on 14th 14th street. that's in the city's inner mission district. when firefighters arrived on the scene, flames were raging inside that restaurant, and then it quickly spread to two nearby buildings including an apartment building. >> there are people involved, people living in the exposure, and we got them out. the fire was probably contained in approximately 30 30 minutes. >>
