[cheers] ♪ well, that was the military flying those jets and helicopters over the crowd who once again gathered in cairo to celebrate the forced departure of now former president mohammed morsi. morsi angered many after he pushed through an islamic constitution and thin failed to turn around the economy in the year since his election. so the military is also now launched a major crackdown on the muslim brotherhood. that's the group that worked closely with morsi. the crackdown reportedly includes the arrest of that group's leader and also today the military swore in a top judge as their interim president to serve as the country's leader until they have new elections. the new president announced he is looking forward to those elections but so far there has been no announcement of a date of thos

i'm jamie colby in for martha maccallum. in tavares, florida, in the middle of the night. it is a suburb northwest of order. started at 11 an went on for an hour. authorities say there were 50,000 small propane canisters in the plant along with three massive tanks to fill them. fortunately none of the large tanks were affected. as you can see by the video, fire crews say most of the small canisters exploded. now the investigation is underway as to what caused it. >> we don't think there was any act of sabotage or a crime in progress. but the state fire marshall's office, lake county/'s office and city of tavares police department will work in unison to help determine the final cause. >> the mayor of tavares, florida, robert wolf, thanks for joining us. >> yes, ma'am. jamie: i'm sure it was a really, really busy night and morning. are you closer to figuring out what caused this explosion? >> no we're not. we think it possibly was just -- what's? jamie: what about the injuries? it's a miracle, so far we heard of no fatalities.

jamie colby live with the latest tonight. jamie? >> yeah, shep. we have been tracking this all day.hese fodz released today show hernandez carrying a firearm in both the hours before and minutes after his friend oden lloyd was fatally shot. there was an autopsy as well and some shell casings and they confirm lloyd was murdered using a glock. he though the murder weapon hasn't been found. meanwhile, hernandez has pled not guilty. he is being held without bond. and authorities are are also considering any connection he may have had to a previously unsolved double murder. saying whatever lloyd may have known about that crime could have been a motive and could, we should say, been a motive to kill him. there were two other men with him that night, with hernandez the night of lloyd's murder and they are also facing charges. and as you mentioned, shepard, today earnest wallace charged as an accessory after the fact in the lloyd shooting requested bail of a measly $10,000. but the judge note ago 25 year wrap-rap sheet and parole violations 25,000 instead. that is one of hernandez' friends.

jamie colby live in our new york newsroom with an update on that. >> reporter: great to see you. going to tell you about some industrious folks toward the end, but right now it really was a wicked weather weekend through much of the nights. first of all, i want to tell you about north carolina. in north carolina they had some severe flash floods, heavy rains, and it was blamed on the deaths of two people, a 10-year-old girl and a 48-year-old man who were literally swept away while swimming if a creek that reached 2 feet above normal. authorities there say the two were immediately swept away. they really didn't expect these swift waters and winds, and they have recovered both of those bodies. very sad. it was also the worst flooding that north carolina had seen in 70 years. one county there actually reporting as many as 130 homes and businesses suffering damage. some of it was actually severe. let me tell you about las vegas too. you might want to check before you head to any of these places on vacation, because the normally dry las vegas valley got slammed, more than 2 inches of
