meet to retired school teacher who inherited entire town from their parents, guess who is here, jamie colbyay of the year that she hasn't been working, this is work. haven't been on the road. >> this is fun, dagen. here is a guy who is a school teacher, retires, he thinks he will kick back and maybe do volunteer work, he ends up inheriting the entire town of teeny tinny homes, they do have interior plumbing, there was a time, he grew up in one, i don't know, do you know about company towns, there were 200 company towns in america, people came in, the reduction plant which was a recycling plant and basically the employees got off the train with their families, they moved in, shopped there, dave ended up going to one-room schoolhouse on the property and he's committed to the residents that still live there that he's trying to sell the whole town, he listed the magnificent piece of property for a million and a half, you get all the homes and all the land and now on strange inheritance we upped our technical game, we have done drone footage and when you see it from vantage point -- exactly, dir
