our next guest is political analyst jamie weinstein, host of the jamie weinstein show podcast, also foundingt jmw strategies. the president has been criticized for failing to concede, but he says that he has paths open to him, and he wants to exhaust them before i any such concession comes. what do you think of that take, jamie? >> well, to say that there's a path open, you might say that if 0% is too low, you know, 1% way too high, and here's why. there's two avenues that the president's pursuing right now. one is he's hoping recounts -- either ones that he asks for or one that the state mandates, will get him over the top. if you go back 50 years, there have only been a handful of recounts statewide from someone leading to the loser winning, and those were only within hundreds of votes. in every state that the president is either down or has lost that he would like to see a recount in, he is down thousands, more likely tens of thousands of votes. so so he needs lightning to strike for recounts if not once in one state, but at least in three states where he is either losing or has not been,
