. >> "eyewitness news", reporter jan carabao is joining us with barriers are going up in preparation for his stay. >>> erika and nicole, good morning. papal preparations in wynnewood just outside the seminary, and, you can see, barrier and footage in place is that metal fencing, that bike rack, style fencing. and that is lining the sidewalk, and just around the corner here you can see also, some barriers. taking a lot at video those barriers are in place that happened overnight and tied up traffic, a bit. this video was taken at city and lancaster avenue. police had to shut down part of the road there to get those barriers in place here along the sidewalk. meantime fencing continues to pop up in center city. fence there is 9 feet tall. it is pretty impressive. businesses within that security zone have been stocking up for days now. the owner, that we spoke to in spring garden says he is bringing in three times the number of employees to handle the expected crowd. lets take a listen. >> i'm going to try my best to serve all of the people from out of town or to feed, to come to see the
