allegations if it was ongoing you could also go ahead and file charges here. >> want to bring back janell snowden, one of the hosts of 1 vh1. janell, what do we know bay custody deal being worked out between michael's ex debbie rowe and his mom michael jackson? >> we know the hearing has been pushed back a week and the family's attorney has stated that's something they've been hoping for because thar hoping to achieve an amicable resolution that not only the kids will benefit from but all of the family will as well. we know the family has obviously stated that they would love for katherine to remain the guardian, as michael stated he wanted her to be in the will. and there have also been reports that in a prior will, not sure which one is the most recent, michael had stated that he wanted his oldest sister remembrebbie to be named one of the guardians. it's interesting to see who gets custody and at what point. >> and reportedly other things in the works there, debbie rowe possibly having more visitation with the kids and making sure that joe jackson would under no circumstances get custody. jane
