. >> janelle wang is here. so many people were talking about last night's interview. he says he's not a pedophile and he's innocent. today a new york nonprofit said one child stayed at the home of jerry sandusky and may have sent several others there. they provide free summer vacations for low-income children, and sandusky and his wife served as volunteer hosts. they are now looking through their records. he is accused of sexually abusing eight young boys, meeting most of them through the second mile, the charity he founded. mike mcqueary witnessed one incident when he was a graduate student in 2002 and notified coach paterno. both are criticized for not doing more. in an e-mail obtained byty associated press, mcqueary said i did stop it. not physically, but i did have discussions with police. now up to this point mcqueary is said to have only notified administrators. >>> a startling new report revealed a major gun safety gap, and now the senate is considering new legislation to close ha loop hope in the federal criminal background system. the report found identified

. >> janelle wang is here with some of our national headlines tonight. >> the two administrators areccused of failing to report suspected child sex abuse by a former assistant coach of the school's legendary football team. athletic director tim curley and gary schultz both appeared in court today. they're also accused of lying to a grand jury about disturbing allegations surrounding jerry sandusky, the former defensive coordinator is accused of abusing eight boys over a 15-year period, both when he was a coach and after his retirement while running a youth program. a graduate student says he caught sandusky abusing a boy in the locker room in 2002, reported it to long-time football coach joe paterno who told the two administrators who did nothing. >>> a fourth woman comes forward accusing herman cain of sexual misduct except this woman goes public. sharon bialek appeared with celebrity attorney gloria allred this morning. she claims the incident occurred back in 1997. she met cain after being fired from the national restaurant association which he was president at the time. she wante
