my name is janice hunter and i represent green action for health and environmental justice including our many members who are residents of bayview, hunter 's point. green action respectfully calls on the board of supervisors to reject build l.l.c.'s project, as that will result in irreparable harm to the people, community and environment of bayview, hunter's point. the project will gentrify the community, contributing to the displacement of a people of color from bayview, hunter's point. the build project along the shoreline is directly at risk from rising sea levels due to climate change and the safety used outdated projection that underestimated the risk. the project is on toxic land, and testing has not been completed. and they refused to test for radiation even though they are next to the shipyard. but most importantly, the city's own e.i.r. concluded that the development project will result in significant, unhealthy unlikely illegal levels of air pollution during both construction and operations that would be unavoidable and cannot be mitigated. we ask you, the members of the boa

janice: no. absolutely listen to local officials. the hurricane huntersy are out there right now getting statistics on this storm. we think that it's going to be a strength storm in the 8:00 a.m. advisory. we are stale category 4. this storm has been a category 4 for many days now. the forecast models are uncertain. we are pretty sure we know what happens today and tomorrow and then a stall. where does the stall happen? does it happen before it makes landfall? does it happen after it makes landfall and then does it move southward? we are not sure. all we know is we have got to watch the forecast models and you have to listen to your local officials. south carolina, north carolina even georgia needs to watch this. this is the euro. this actually doesn't even make landfall and then it moves back and then pushes in to georgia. so that's one of our reliable forecast models. that gives you the uncertainty that we are dealing with but we still have hurricane warnings in effect. we are still going to feel hurricane force conditions. major hurricane force conditi
