this is where janine harms was last seen here at the rock bottom brewery in the shopping center in campbell. that was 10 years ago this week. now, today possible evidence to solving her case. prosecutors expect to receive extensive test results on a persian rug that within the missing from the 42-year-old woman's home. the tests could prove once and for all whether there was a link between harms and the murder suspect, san jose architect maurice nasmeh. the rug was found in his jeep cherokee two years after harms went missing. he was arrested but released in 2007 because prosecutors had to retest the fibers in the rug after a county laboratory worker failed a certification test. today prosecutors are awaiting test results by an illinois forensic research lab, microtrace, the same company that worked on high-profile cases like the washington state's green river killer and serial murderer ted bundy. they are hoping to prove that nasmeh was the killer. even if he was, prosecutors still don't know where harms is buried. earlier year, harms' brother wayne sanchez killed nasmeh and himself when t
