what just happened janine? >> reporter: we are hearing at 4:00 a.m. we are told by a nursing supervisor here that a van actually crashed into a window near the main lobby entrance. now there is a lot of construction going on around here. so we're at least a block away from where this happened. so let's go to video of what we could shoot. at the entrance there was completely shattered glass. the van has already been towed. again the nursing supervisor said that the driver of that van was driving very erratically and somehow crashed into the window. into a planter. we are also told apparently there was a janitor cleaning at that time. he had minor injuries. a deputy a sheriffs deputy happened to be on the scene. he heard the crash, he came and responded. he detained the driver. we are told the driver of that van is now being treated in the emergency room. we are told he is stable. we don't know much more though about his condition. but the nursing supervisor did tell us that it's fortunate that nobody else was injured. i took some still pictures that yo
