jared levy of zacks.com is here for some trash talk. good morning to you, jared. always good to have you on the show. - thanks, angie. - you're watching waste management. what do you see in the chart on this one? - you know, i think waste management's an interesting story. we've been talking a lot about how the consumer's doing good, and we're consuming more, we're buying stuff. well, if you're buying stuff, you're also throwing stuff away, right? - it's an economic indicator. - yeah. so you know, with waste management, not only do i like the technicals here - it's building sort of a nice bullish foundation - but i like the fact that the fundamental story is solid, and it's also a stock that a lot of people haven't been talking about. but logically, it makes sense, as long as all of the other stuff is true, which i believe it is - the economy is beginning to do a little bit better, and we should see that reflected in waste management. - but are these levels too high? i'm pulling up a chart here for one year, and it looks like this has rallied pretty hard. - yeah,

jared levy. what do you think?esting story herer ay scarce the heck out of you when you hear ponzi scheme. herbalife, they have a multiple. buying stock. you can't buy stock with fake money. they are beat earnings 15-quarters in a row or something crazy. from multiple standpoint look good. take a step back and look at the company itself. this short selling by the way will accelerate that rally. we'll see a big up move tomorrow. do you buy here? probably wait a little bit for the sell, settle, rather. still a viable company. david: keep in mind as you were looking at the after-hours stock, we had a pop earlier of about 5%. it has come down a little bit after-hours, again this stock was trading at $24 a share back in december. that is when the shark attacks, the short attacks were there. they are sharks and they were in the water circling around this company. imagine a pop from $24. we've seen 12 month increases in share price in a lot of stock but december, as of december, this stock was trading at $24, liz. liz: ye
