richland county deputies say andrew gathers, marlon gathers and jarvis hurst stabbed a man several times in the upper body before fleeing the scene. they were later found on two were transported to jail while one was taken to the hospital for injuries. he'll be headed for jail once treated. ems also took the victim to the hospital, but his condition is unknown. one person is dead after a two-vehicle crash in kershaw county last night. the driver of a chevrolet was traveling north on smyrna road, crossed over the line, striking a toyota pickup traveling in the southbound lane. the chevrolet driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was killed. the driver and passenger in the toyota pickup were taken to palmetto health richland with non-life threatening injuries. the accident remains under investigation. residents in west columbia are still without water this morning after a disconnection yesterday. water was turned off yesterday due to a relocation project for more than two dozen blocks in and around the leaphart road area. the city originally said the water would be back on by 8 last night.
