my name is jason chan, and i am the master of ceremonies. world celebrate the lunar new year. we celebrate the year of the water dragon. the dragon is the most powerful animal in the chinese zodiac. qualities include being magnanimous, stately, vigorous, strong, self assured, proud, noble, direct, dignified, intellectual, fiery, passionate, decisive, generous, and loyal. if there is any doubt this is the year of the dragon, just look at who has been inaugurated as the 43rd mayor of san francisco.
