jason fried? >> yes. over all i'm very pleased with the timeline they have presented an they put together a realistic timeline on what needs to be done. there is one area i'm in disagreement and one area that i agree with what they did. i will touch own those two. one is they have a 90-day window to go to the board of supervisors to get the mayor's approval for the procurement process changing some of the rules around that and i don't disagree with it taking traditionally 90 days. i do believe that the board of supervisors if they wish to to expedite that process. i'm fine with the schedule but this she be prepared for that action to take only 60 days and be prepared to move forward should the board take action very quickly. i'm assuming that some of you may know from the board of supervisors. >> would that require waving the 30-day rule? >> it would require waving the 30-day rule and assigned to a committee and whatever committee is assigned to has a hearing coming up whenever there is room on the agenda

. >> jason fried from lafco. you will see in your packet is a report of the program being launched. one of the things we did after the work by puc staff moving forward on the program what lafco did is look at the studies of the issues that were brought over the years of issues and concerns why the program was not brought forward. we came up with a 12 task report that would outline all of those items and you have all of those 12 in front of you. i won't go over each item individually but we wanted to touch on all the issues coming up and we want to see how to come up with a plan before you. we have bids on this task. you can bid on entire project or portions. some bid just on individual portions of it. of that we have the winning bidder of enernex and we have some qualified bidders with some subtasks if we needed them. enernex did such a great job that we never went to the other subcontractors to do the work, but we can use them if we need those. i will give the presentation to enernex and you can ask them questions from that report. >> hi. i'm with enernex and i want to thank lafco

jason fried. while this was going on, there was a period where we were getting questions from enernex and about something and they were always very good and requestic to respond back to those questions so the report can keep moving forward and we thank them for their efforts and thank the advocates for the comments when the drafts were put out there and getting those incorporated into the report as well. most of what i have been wanting to talk about are comments addressed already. the first one came up to me while we were standing here talking about setting of rates. there is two different products, there is the light green and deep green. for a lack of better calling. the light green everyone is in agreement, it's kind of pg & e's price and we figure out we can fit into that program. it's not going to be 100 percent. we are going to do what's left over. once we create that product, we are going to use a build-out program. that's pg & e's price. we know what that is. we need to know what pg & e's
