jason leitch, has appealed to students not to hold parties.s for people who haven't been picked up by the test and trace system who are perhaps symptomless, to head home for the weekend and carry the virus with them to an area where perhaps the prevalence of the virus is a lot lower. the university of glasgow has said that her mobile testing unit is being sent to the halls of residence to help with the testing of the students, they are going to provide food and essential items to those in need and also they have closed the student unions there for the weekend and are also warning that while the vast majority of stu d e nts that while the vast majority of students are doing the right thing, any student found to be breaking the rules well faced disciplinary action. they could have their accommodation contract terminated and they could also be suspended from the university. what is happening to those who might be ill or becoming very ill? going to please our children who have just left home for the first time, probably, away from their families.
