jay korff, abc 7 news. alison: thank you jay. in northwest washington, the police arrested a suspect in a sex assault that we told you about last night. officer say that he attacked a woman on clifton street northwest yesterday morning. he is turned with kidnapping, sexual abuse, and robbery. and for the second night in a row, a bus destroyed by fire in northeast. it happened in the 100 block of oak street. nobody was on board the bus and there were no injuries, but this is the second bus to burn this week. the police are investigating what could be causing the fires. developing now, growing pressure after the death of a suspect in custody. new protests broke out in baltimore tonight. the entire nation is watching the case. demonstrators once again took to the streets of baltimore demanding justice for freddie gray. >> when you are trying to put somebody in jail, before the investigation has been completed, that's wrong. alison: the cause of his death was a severe spinal injury, but it's not clear how or when that happened. polic

jay: the authorities say that damage estimates are near $50,000. jay korff, abc 7 news. alison: a former fbi agent says he is sorry for stealing heroin that was evident in several investigation. matthew lowry admitted to the crime in court. he said he was using the drug to deal with an addiction to pain medication. dozens of cases are now at risk of being thrown out because of the tampering. he faces seven years in prison when sentenced in june. leon: in boston, the defense rested its case in the trial of boston marathon bombing suspect dzhokhar tsarnaev. closing arguments are set for monday. if convicted, the jury will hear more testimony about whether he will face the death penalty. three people were killed and more than 260 were injured in the attack. the fight over religious freedom went from indiana to arkansas today, hundreds gathering outside of little rock to protest the bill on its way to the governor's desk. like the indiana law apartment say that it allows discrimination against gays and lesbians. supporters say that it keeps the government from violating thei
