let's get to nbc's jay gray in trenton with the latest on the storm. jay?rm of governor chris christie. it's turned to a weather story as you talk about. take a look around the snow has been falling continuously for hours, and that's something that we expect to see continue through the evening. the wind has picked up dramatically. in fact, first order of business for governor christie after being sworn in for a second time was to declare a state of emergency because of the severe winter conditions here. this is a snowstorm that's affecting the entire east coast and parts of the midwest right now, and, again, these severe conditions with snow here in the new jersey area topping out between 10 and 15 inches are likely to continue through tomorrow. this coming on the heels of what was another nor'easter just weeks ago that really crippled things, and, again, it looks like they are in for the same kind of problems with this storm, a storm that started out looking like it would just be a dusting and continued to increase and forecasters saw the conditions turnin
