governor jay inslee calls the scene of the disaster shocking. .a square mile the governor also thankedround crews for their efforts. at least seven people were rescued and airlifted to safety. the slide is blamed on groundwater saturation tied to heavy rainfall in the area over the past month. one resident says the community is coming together through the tragedy. a flash flood watch for the area is still in effect until monday afternoon. and in texas. a clean-up is underway in galveston bay after an oil spill saturday closed the houston shipping channel. it happened when a barge carrying almost a million gallons of heavy oil collided with a ship. coast guard officials say that up to 168-thousand gallons were dumped. the remaining oil in the barge has been taken out. but the ship channel remains shut down.preventing vessels from moving between the gulf of mexico and galveston bay. no word yet on when the channel would reopen. about a month and a half after being featured on the food network's restaurant impossible. the owners of estrada's restaurant in daly city say business couldn't b
