missouri governor jay nixon said 25 members of a guard police company will help look for 10-month-old lisa irwin, who went missing on october 4th. her parents say she disappeared from her crib sometime overnight. police searched an abandoned home after receiving a call about diapers and a backpack inside. but investigators say the items appear to have been in there longer than two weeks. stkpwhraot rural area just outside richmond was the epicenter of the east coast earthquake back in august. it was hit by a hurricane in the same week and then a tornado last week. no one was killed, but the damage tops $18 million. most of it uninsured. communities have held fund-raisers but some say they're just frustrated that the government will not help. and i know they had a fund-raiser wasn't it yesterday that they did? >> uh-huh. >> a lot of that money is going to go help rebuild a lot of their schools. that must be frustrating for a lot of residents out there. >> no doubt about it. sometimes natural disasters, i don't know what the thresholds are, it's the size of the community and the damage.
