so if josh sits and listens to naz all day in addition to jones, i'm also listening to biggie and jay-z because it is about strategy in addition, so if 2020 was the year of individual stock selection, 2021 has to be the year of strategy so for the reasons that you mentioned, you know, all of these kind of high-flying growth names got really, really popular, lots of momentum with retail traders so if i'm a retail trader, i am sitting home and thinking, you know, really getting kind of like whiplash with all of the headlines going on right now, and the market just kind of going up and down in volatility. so you have to just stop for a minute and think and really pay attention to what your strategy is, right. it has to be an overall asset allocation strategy. you have to make decisions not on headlines, not in day -- not in days or weeks, but think for the long term, and really figure out what your end goal is. just making those decisions i think helps keep investors afloat and stay on course and figure out where they're next move is coming from. so for me, you know, i have said it before,
