jayne miller joins us live now with the latest. >> several sources have provided us with the name of the suspect. he's 15 years old, just turned 15 a few weeks ago at the beginning of august. he lives with his mother on this secluded street north of white marsh, a very secluded area surrounded mostly by trees. we are not identifying him because he has not been charged. this is what brinks visitors to that the teen-rolle suspect's home. it has a sign that says "we do not call 911." an adult male who had been inside that house was taken into custody. the suspect in the shooting broke on his facebook page, "first day ups cool, last day of my life reject first day of school, last day of michael." -- last day of my life." according to court records, the parents divorced in 2010. according to court records, the house was raided in 2010, seizing marijuana and a shotgun. the shotgun was later destroyed. it was not the one used today. just to reiterate what david collins said a few minutes ago, sources tell us that the shotgun was in part so that would fit into a backpack. as bad as this was

kim dacey is live at the school, and in jayne miller has the latest on the investigation ritchie is live in dundalk. you just attended a press conference. what more have you learned? >> 15-year-old bobby gladden was charged as an adult with attempted murder. police chief james johnson provided new details of the allegations against the teenager. he says that gladden for the bus to school with a double barreled shotgun broken out in his book bag. he went to his first and secondary classes, and then to the cafeteria for lunch. he got the gun from a bathroom where he had hidden it and put it together and got off one shot before being restrained by the guidance counselor and other school staff. that hit a 17-year-old in the lower blacback. he remains in critical condition. >> we are aware of many reports that the suspect was a victim of bullying. we cannot confirm those reports. robert gladden's conversations with investigators have not indicated bullying was an issue in this case. the investigation is incomplete, keep that in mind. we continue to talk with him and others. at this point we h

jayne miller has that part of the story. >> autopsy results are not complete. according to a source familiar with the investigation, there is no indication to suggest that the two girls who died in the incident were hit by the train. instead, we are told they were buried in the coal that spelled out during the derailment. it is clear that the girls were sitting on the railroad bridge before the incident, tweeting pictures. did their presence on that bridge contribute to the derailment if the train tried to avoid them? or was it a coincidence that they were there at the very spot at the same time something else caused the derailment, and they were caught by the crush of the spelling coal? all of these questions will be the focus of investigators, the ntsb, which routinely investigates these incidents involving transportation, trends, etc. they will be in charge of t investigation. we will throw it back to our helicopter, and skycam, and roy, what i and thought about today when i saw the breaking news on the morning show is the last time we had such a serious inc
