a tense 24 hours is over for the family of the missing boy in the district. 6-year-old jayvon brown had been missing since midday yesterday. it turns out he was with a neighbor, but now she could face charges. >> it was an alarming 24 hours for the family of jayvon brown. he was last seen in the playground in front of his home sunday morning. he was playing alone and his mother says that she is not sure when he was abducted. today, tears of anguish have turned to tears of joy. police and security surrounded the apartment complex all morning, where the little boy lives with his mother. detectives interviewed relatives as well. surveillance cameras captured images of the boy leaving with the girl known as the woman's -- as the boys nanny. police received a tip and the woman described as having a mohawk for a hairstyle. criminal charges are pending as detectives questioned the woman. >> it is my nephew, and i love him. >> after a short phone conversation she cannot wait to see her nephew again. >> i said, do you know who this is? i said, this is your aunt. you could tell that he was smilin

dc police saying 6-year-old jayvon brown has been found. family members leaving the apartment here on columbia road told us they were first told he was at the 5th district police station. he was found along with this woman quail that we have been tell you guys about, that she had been called a person of interest, she is 5'11", mohawk hair police believe she was with jayvon and the two of them were found together. they were found over on monroe street, northeast, so, quite a few blocks away from here police say jayvon disappeared yesterday morning 9:00 a.m., he was outside playing, and his mother lost track of where he was and who he was with, and it wassurveillance video from the apartment complex yesterday morning that spotted call and jayvon together. here is what his aunt had to say when they were on their way to reunite with him. >> he is in good hands now. he went to children's hospital. so we are going there. we are going to pray, and this is a wake up call for the mother, any mother the keep her eye out. >> dc police tell us, the inv
