we have barricade there will be no jaywalk to go day. then look in the distance in the dark you can see white tops on the lines of portable johns up throughout many streets here and hopefully they will not be used, until the pope visit, because you don't want them sitting around for a week in this late summer heat, that is for sure. so, we have got stacks of barricade for sure as well. we're on 15th street on cherry looking toward center city and city hall right there and a lot of the city has been transformed. if you left work friday you will notice a vast difference on monday. if we're able to, go back to that picture that bob kelly showed of that jumbo tron out. there is 40 jumbo trons throughout the city and one thing i spotted on that one it blocked the sidewalk completely right on a corner at the parkway there. the road is still opened. the city is still opened for business. still a lot of traffic. when all these barricades up. the these barricade have cut down to zero visibility. same with that jumbo tron. you can sea around it. y
