"today in the bay's" jean ellie has more from san francisco. >> reporter: bay area counties are terminating vaccination contracts with the provider. good samaritan hospital closed et cetera vaccination clinic and disciplined its c.o.o. after it vaccinated dozens of people who were not yet eligible. >> i heard of a few peo continu exactly do you qualify? >> no one should ever, ever, ever be able to cut in line. >> reporter: while county supervisors are saying people need to wait their turn, vaccination providers are being told to make it easy for people to get one. the san francisco covid command center issued a health advisory to all vaccine proirlz this week. it says in part "use reasonable processes to verify that persons presenting for vaccination meet eligibility criteria, while avoiding overly burdensome documentation requirements that create barriers to vaccination." supervisor matt haney says there are not strict documentation requirements by design. >> what we don't want to do is create a situation where we create such high barriers that people who really need the vaccine right now
