jean: and i'm jean mackin. the snow will change over to rain as we move into tuesday, let's get right over to chief meteorologist mike haddad for the latest. mike: very tricky for traveling over the next several hours and especially overnight into early tomorrow, as the temperatures 32-degree mark. but even though they've been rising, they're still well below 32, holding in the upper teens to around 20. we've seen a batch of very light snow move in over the past couple hours, from a dusting to a half inch in many spots from the lakes region points south. from the lakes region to the mount washington valley, that's where this first batch is continuing to produce steady light snow, but just flurries to the south. connecticut, rhode island, points south, that's where the steady batch from this next inroads. and i would say along about 7:00 along the mass-new hampshire border to shortly after 8:00 or 9:00 in the lakes region, that's when the snow will begin to pick up. but to the out of the there's a mix. notice ri

i'm jean mackin. tom: and i'm tom griffith. police say ahmed abukar groped several students. jean: investigators say the this case is still expanding. continues to be very active investigation, right now investigators are moving to revoke became for abukar because last week's incident they say violates his bail conditions stemming from an arrest last september in which he's accused of giving police a false name. in court this morning, another victim was added to the sex assault charges against 19-year-old abukar. police confirm a total of five young women who say they were globed by him as they walked along beach street last tuesday. court documents allege abukar made sexually aggressive comments to the underaged teens and grabbed their butt oh. one of the victims said she felt embarrassed. >> they're very upset. any time a man approaches a young lady and he's overly adegreesive and wants to touch them, it's alarming, very much so. he's still in custody and i'm going to do everything i can to ensure that he stays in custody. accosting teen-aged women in the city of manchester.

i'm jean mackin. tom: and i'm tom griffith. new hampshire has seen 20 outbreaks of norovirus since the first of the year. jean: kristen carosa is joining us live in the newsroom with the latest information from health officials. reporter: new hampshire health and human services september out a statewide alert about the norovirus earlier this month, they have seen 20 outbreaks since january 1. h.h.s. says concord christian academy was closed due to an outbreak there. according to its website, 196 students go to the school. no word on how many students and staff were affected. h.h.s. says the yearo virus is typical of this time of year, they see a spike in outbreaks december through march, the virus can cause vomiting, nausea and diarrhea and there's no real treatment. outbreaks are typically found in large settings such as health care facilities and schools because it's highly contagious. and 100 outbreaks a year. >> the best way to prevent these outbreaks is to make sure that people who are ill stay home when they're not feeling

jean: and i'm jean mackin. things are dramatically warmer than this time last night, but we have a whole new round of of weather challenges of josh: we begin with mike haddad in the weather center. mike: how about that nice warm feel as you step outdoors over the past couple hours. take a look at the temperature jump between earlier day when it was in the 20's and lower 30's, now 40's and 50's statewide, with the exception of mount washington. notice the reading in jaffrey at 52, keene at 54. 38 degrees warmer in keene than it was at this hour last night. so it feels the part of early spring. along with the warmer air that means precipitation has gone over, no more ice or snow, it's all rain. some of it coming down at a pretty good clip around the merrimack valley, into the heart then the lighter rain in the great north woods, but eventually the downpours will fill in there. there's a defined back end racing through, and as that rain pulls in the wind begin to crank up, gusting to 35 at the coast, 32 in jaffrey
