amazing i think we have to appreciate where people are coming from you know with someone like jean or elaine two of the names we met with ones been homeless kind of in and out the other is homeless for over 10 years and something happened to them they're a loss of jobs or loss of their apartment units the inability to afford the new units and forced 0 them to live on the streets i think as we went through some of the lives their obviously were extremely concerned for their own safety on the streets those navigation centers are extremely important to the city and yet they have to be not only a good place of strong supportive services and places for people to be in that are safe they have to be backed up with i think the very true promise a promise you can literally see in the eyes of eileen and jean they hope to be independent and live their lives out in a positive way this is what the navigation center starts people in doing with the supportive services we'll have more to say about that that is our second navigation center that will be here for about two maybe up to 3 mostly around two years
