i want to show you a video of jeanette rivers. she has been battling the city of san francisco for whether she can use sick leave donated by fellow firefighters. the examiner reports the breast cancer rate among san francisco female firefighters is 6 times that of the national average for women ages 40 to 50. officials say firefighters' exposure to harmful chemicals may be a major factor in higher rates of breast cancer. >>> governor brown will visit churches in san francisco and oakland this morning to campaign for proposition 30. he rallied with educators in san francisco yesterday. proposition 30 would raise income taxes 1 to 3% on people earning more than a quarter million dollars a year, and question the sales tax a quarter of a cent. the money would go to grade schools and colleges. >> i'd say proposition 30 is about jobs. because it's about kids and teachers, and they produce the brains and the skills that make the jobs of the future possible. >> prop 30 opponents say the state can balance the budget without more tax hikes,
