good morning, jeanette. >> reporter: good morning to you, tam.his is even by police standards they're saying this is a strange case leaving them with more questions than answers. at this point we know a seven-year-old girl is fighting for her life and now police are looking for her 18-year-old brother. it all started here at this home about 1 o'clock this morning along the 5500 block of north america street. this is in the city's olney section. it began as a dispute between the girl's mother and her 18-year-old brother. police say the teen stole the mother's car allegedly and drove off. a police officer responded to that stolen car call. the officer arrived at the home and asked the mother for the paperwork on the vehicle. authorities say that's when the mother went down to the basement and found her daughter unresponsive and unconscious. she said she had a bag over her head. she ran out of the house hysterical with her daughter in her arms. the officer performed cpr on her and continued that cpr in the back of a police cruiser as they rushed to

jeanette reyes is live at central detective's with the story. jennette. >> reporter: well, matt, authorities are holding off on calling this officially an arson until there's an occupies and further investigation into the fire. the solely fatality was a 35-year-old woman who was five months pregnant. the fire broke out along the 21 block of west susquehanna avenue police confirmed that the firefighters recovered the body of a 35-year-old woman who was pregnant. police transported a person on the scene to central detectives. the fire marshal returned to the scene with the crime scene investigation unit and collected evidence. they took photos of the vehicle parked out front including the victim's car. witness was described the scene take a listen. >> whoever in the house, they were coming in and out of the house getting people out of the house. there was someone yelling. he said someone didn't make it out. >> and police are holding off on identifying the victim as they are notifying family members, but the investigation into this fire is on going

jeanette reyes joins us live outside east detectives.eanette. >> reporter: good morning, matt. three teens have been arrested and that police officer that was injured he was taken to the hospital. he was trying to break up this large fight. take a look at this video that someone captured of the flash mob of students that first gathered near a septa station in the june -- juniata park section. dozens of students overwhelmed the officers who initially responded. you can see from the cell phone video and surveillance video footage where a police officer gets one person on the ground and as two others stop another teen another is knocked to the ground. another fight where a teen took off with another -- with an officer's baton. we're told that occurred moments later. eventually school police and septa authorities stepped in top assist. this all played out after a 3:00 p.m. dismissal of three area high schools. septa officials say a message on social media urged kids to gather at the aria torresdale station on the market frankford line. take
