i'm judge jeanine pirro. closing arguments ended earlier. the judge instructed the jury on the law and ordered the jury to again their deliberations. we now await a verdict in the trial that has captured this nation's attention for nearly two months. joining me with the latest holly bristow. she has been following the trial from the start. >> judge, today we had the closing arguments, rebuttal on the closing arguments for the state prosecutors. prosecutor ashton got up and went up there and went head-to-head with what the defense laid out in their closing arguments yesterday. he attacked their entomologist saying their entomologist is saying one thing that these bugs weren't here, weren't there. trying to set a timeline. he said our entomologist had more experience. going back and forth, telling these jurors why they should believe the prosecution's witnesses. then linda drain-burr is the lead prosecutor on this days. -- up there for a while talking about different things. what hit home is she said, why would

i'm judge jeanine pirro. freedom is just hours away for casey anthony. we may never know how little caylee died or who threw her body in a swamp but we do know that her mom casey walks free to start a new life. if you can believe it she is even appealing her four convictions for lying to police. arthur, i'm going to start with you. the late taste we heard is that there is a woman who says that she is caylee's grandmother, that h her son was the father of little caylee. how does she prove this? >> from a scientific point of view, saying that her son is dead and he ci died in a car accident. presumably grandma, the new grandma has something with dna on it from her son. his hairbrush or toothbrush or something like that. they do have caylee's dna and they scientifically will see if there is a match. >> judge jeanine: an easy thing to establish whether or not she is the grandmother. >> what troubles me is where has she been. now, she shows up? the kid would have been five years old. >> judge jeanine: let's assume

fo. >> judge jeanine: welcome back to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. florida taxpayers footed the bill for casey anthony's defense because she was broke. people are now sending casey money. about $400 so far. but now that she is free, casey eduld be looking at a million payday. they say crime doesn't pay but try telling that so some of the most infamous defendants of the last 20 years. remember mary kay letourneau? the school teacher locked up for sleeping with a 13-year-old student. once out of jail she married him and by some reports was paid up to $500,000 for the rights to their wedding video. >> whenever somebody told me i don't think you can do that or do this i said well, watch me. >> there is also tonya harding. convicted of covering up her ex-husband's attack on rival skater nancy kerrigan. she made a whopping $400,000 for a series of tabloidp.tv interviews. and who could forget the long island lolita amy fisher. >> if i could change everything, i would. if i could put my hands over and make it go away, i would. >> she sold the rights to her l

for now we return to "justice" with judge jeanine, already in progress. >> judge jeanine: and how do you think, dylon, she makes the decision as to who to go with? >> i don't think she will have too much choice is. she has a one million dollars from a it tv freelance produce territories could very well be the only offer she has. not forgetting it was the anthony family who licensed a home video collection of video of caylee and casey and sold that to abc news, it was revealed for some $200,000. in everybodin evans visitableyl is being done. that is how media organizations are able to secure interviews. license videos and in exchange for that get an interview. >> i'm curious as to whether oprah is in there negotiating, katie couric in there negotiating. i mean have you interested, dylon? >> i'm interested in asking the questions. would i pay her personally? no, i wouldn't and for the reason that i articulated that two thirds of the american public believe that she is guilty of the murder of her daughter and morally i couldn't authorize a payment to go to her. do i want to ask question

it 100%. >> judge jeanine: dr. ablow, you think at the end of the day that casey anthony's behavior can be explained away and you bought into the grief experts' explanation of her hyperactivity you don't think that will affect the jury at all? >> i'm not saying is or is not guilty am i don't think the grief expert did a good job. -- it should have been presented if you have an atypical reaction that can include manic symptoms, particularly in someone who is sexual abused. if she is that vulnerable and placed her child in the hands of her father and the child ends up dead she can flee to an altered state of conciousness to not be able to deal with the reality that it has happened again. george anthony's suicide note, completely bizarre beyond belief. i don't buy it for a second. there's so much very much amiss with that man. >> objection. assume fact not in evidence. . dr. ablow regurgitated a series of facts that were not part of this record. manufactured by the defense in opening statements. there's no sexual abus

jeanine harms was seen leaving this place in campbell 10 years ago.oday some hope in solving her case. prosecutors expect extensive test results on a rug missing from jeanine harms' los gatos home. the test could prove whether there was a link between the 42- year-old woman and the murder suspect maurice nasmeh a san jose arrangeticket. apartment. they believe he killed her wrapped her in a rug and put her in the back of his suv. the it rug had to be retested after a lab analyst failed a certification test. prosecutors hope it will prove nasmah was the killer. prosecutor still won't know where she is buried since her brother killed nasmah earlier this year after a chance encounter at a shopping mall. the forensics lab that is doing the test on the rug fiber is an illinois company called microtrace. they did testing for the green river killer and ted bundy. we'll see what happens. >> sharon chin, thank you. >>> the ordeal may soon be over for two uc-berkeley alumni in prison for two years in iran. iranian officials say a final hearing is scheduled for

we continue with judge jeanine pirro and geraldo rivera.eraldo you had an interview with jose baez. i thought you asked the defining question. if casey didn't kill little caylee, who did? let's roll that tape. >> the biggest question among people that you know and in this community and across the country and the world is, if casey anthony didn't kill this child, who did kill this child? >> i think that all came out in the trial. that this was a horrible tragedy. an accident that snowballed out of control. it doesn't get any more clearer than that. the jury saw that and there they are the ones that heard the evidence not the propaganda and speculation and the frankenstein-like lynch mob that ensued throughout the last three years. but, they her the evidence. what -- they heard the evidence, what our system is based on. >> sean: that lynch mob, i think people seeing the atrocious comment of casey had every right to be out ed. she didn't report this to the police. her conduct dancing is obscene to me. the question is he is admitting an acciden

let's bring in judge jeanine piro on this as well. just your initial thoughts jeanine as we wait. >> well, you know, i think that this is a case where because the jury has been sequestered for so long, i have predicted that they would be homogoneous. they know each other. i think this speaks very poor low for the defense. you have a jury that has been focused on this and this alone for almost eight weeks. i believe it's going to be a murder one, but even if it is not the premeditation there is the aggravated child abuse which bumps it up to a murder one and then makes it a death penalty eligible crime shifting this whole thing to the penalty phase within the next day or two. martha: let me ask you this. in terms of the murder one in your mind does that come down to the chloroform? does it come down to searching for the chloroform on the internet and if so we heard cindy anthony directly say that that could have been her that did that, then we saw that sort of blown apart on the stand as well. >> martha we not only saw it blown apart.

alisyn: joining us now is gentleman jeanine piro host of "justice with judge jeanine."rning, judge, i thought that was such a compelling note to leave it on, which is you don't cover up an accident to make it look like murder. aourt expert. did you think that was effective by the prosecution? >> absolutely, alisyn, look, sometimes what seem to be the most difficult decisions are not that difficult. this is about common-sense. the question is, who benefitted the most from caylee not being around? who wanted to live a life not burdened by a child? when you look at the fundamental aspects of this case why would anyone make an accident look like a murder? why would a father frame his daughter for murder? look, when people go into a jury room to deliberate we don't ask them to leave aside their common-sense, their basic fundamental instincts, their experience in life. this is about looking at the evidence and piece by piece does it make sense, doesn't it make sense, and i think that linda drane burdick's summation was excellent. it puts back in perspective who was the last p

you are own judge jeanine pirro has been in orlando for much of the trial. she joins us from just outside the courtroom. okay, i'm listening to that testimony and i'm putting myself in her position like sitting and listening to this visiting comment and you don't have a single question? tell us about what happened. >> well, you know, laura, you are so right. the whole country is looking for this little girl and then you have got the grandfather on the sofa in this woman's apartment, allegedly, and he says, you know, it was an accident that went out of control shoe doesn't ask a follow up question like what really happened? look, krystal holloway was long awaited the his truss of george anthony. she was somewhat critical in the beginning. as the prosecution went after her it was clear. here ho shear a woman who told the police she never had an affair. as soon as the national enquirer comes in a couple days that her sister called him she says i was his mistress and goes on and on. this is nothing more than the defense trying to make it that anyone other than c

welcome to "justice" i am judge jeanine pirro.ey anthony left the florida jail in the we hours of the morning. where is she? nobody is exactly sure. joining us is shannon butler a reporter with our fox affiliate in orlando. you were there what was it like? >> well, casey anthony was released just about after midnight. she walked out of the jail. as she was in the lobby she looked down looked up and looked down again thanked the deputies and walked out the door. jose bias was next to her. they walked out of the back door drove off within seconds they were out of the lobby in the orange county jail. what was the crowd reaction when she was released? >> dozens of people lined up just in front of the jail. officers had bare kids along that area so nobody could get near casey anthony. as the cars were pulling out it was almost a mob mentality. everybody rushed the vehicles they rushed the deputy cars some of them yelling baby killer. as they walked up to the car it was so bad the mounted patrol and some deputies had to keep the people
