judge jeanine pirro is here from judge jeanine justice. we watch every weekend.going? >> what normally happens in the state of ohio is because he's 17, he's charged in the juvenile court. the d.a. has indicated he wants to try him as an adult. the difference -- juvenile court, he will get out when he's 21. irrespective of what he's convicted of. in adult court, he can face life in prison like any other adult. now, the process, though, is it starts in juvi court and the d.a. makes a request, this is a category 1 crime, three counts of aggravated murder and two counts of attempted aggravated murder, i don't think there's any question that it is a mandatory transfer. he will be tried as an adult. >> what about premeditation? you and i were reading the cbs report that apparently lane's girlfriend, the shooter's girlfriend recently dropped him and one of the guys who was killed reportedly was dating her. >> you know what's interesting about this is the d.a. said that this was random. and yet, we're getting conflicting reports here that one of the kids shot at very clo

jeanine pirro is a former district attorney. good morning to both of you. let's start with the prosecution case that's now in. what do you think, eve of you, is the strongest piece of evidence from the prosecution? >> well, i think the fact that this guy leaves the scene of a fatality where his bentley pushes a car into a canal, and the 23-year-old ends up drowning as a result of what happened. >> big time. but the 911 tape for me is also devastating. there is nothing better than when a defendant conveys to you what his intent is with his own voice. i'm in big trouble, aren't i? he's only caring about himself after he has done what a horrific -- callsed a horrific accident. >> a devastating piece of evidence. there was another piece of evidence that came in that's a little bit controversial. it's the recreation by a prosecution expert of what the prosecutors think the accident looked like. why was this so controversial? >> well, because not that many states have allowed the use of computer animation. and if you look at that animation, it is powerful stuff.
